基于项目实践的工科培养模式研究

A Project Based Training Model for Engineering Students

工科高校越来越重视学生实践能力、创新能力、团队合作能力的培养,为了探索新的工科专业培养模式,本文提出了基于项目实践的学生培养模式。首先,研究了该培养模式的具体方法与措施,从搭建平台、建立机制、出点子、引路子四个方面研究如何以项目实践为载体进行科教融合。其次,从建立校企研发中心、实习基地的角度研究如何以项目为载体进行校企融合。通过该培养模式,可以提高工科学生的就业竞争力,培养综合素质高、实践与创新能力强的人才。

Engineering and polytechnic universities are paying growing attention to students＇ practice, innovation and team cooperation abilities. In order to reform the teaching of engineering specialty, a new training model for engineering students based on projects came into being. This paper discussed the integration of research and teaching based on projects from four aspects： constructing a platform, establishing a mechanism, proposing ideas and working out guide lines. The paper also discussed how to realize college and enterprise integration based on projects through building development centers and practice bases. The training model proposed in this paper can improve the competitiveness of engineering students in employment, and cultivate talents with better comprehensive qualities and higher practice and innovation abilities.
