从教学细节上改进专业基础课青年教师教学方法

Improving Young Teachers' Teaching Methods from Teaching Details of Basic Courses

随着大批博士的加入,应用型高校专业基础课教师趋于年青化。为了督促和引领青年教师教学方法的改进,提高教学效果,从课上和课下两个层面涉及的四个教学细节上具体分析了专业基础课青年教师应具备的基本素质和教学理念。

With a large number of Ph.D graduates joining the application-oriented universities, teachers who teach professional basic courses tend to be younger. In order to enhance the teaching effect, it is highly necessary to help the young teachers to improve their teaching methods. From two aspects： in class and after class, this paper discussed four kinds of teaching details to illustrate the basic qualities and teaching concepts the young teachers should have in order to do their work well.
