高职影视动画专业人才培养的一般问题及对策探究

Problems and Countermeasures of Talent Cultivation of Film and Animation Major in Higher Vocational Education

近几年,中国影视剧市场的高速发展带动了影视动画专业的火热,许多院校纷纷开设或增设了相关专业,高职院校在影视动画这一实践性较强的专业方面具有先天优势,但也存在一些比较突出的问题,在某种程度上制约了高职影视动画专业人才培养的进一步发展。本文从师资队伍、生源结构、教学模式等方面对高职影视动画专业人才培养的一般问题进行了分析,并开展了对策研究。

In recent years, the rapid development of China＇s film and television market has promoted an upsurge of film and television animation specialty. Now many colleges and universities have set up this major. Higher vocational colleges, as they more focus on practical issues, have certain advantages, but there are also some prominent problems, which have, to a certain extent, restricted the further development of this specialty. In this paper, problems in the faculty, students, teaching mode and other aspects were analyzed and possible countermeasures were discussed.
