天津高职中外合作办学模式创新研究

Innovation in Sino-foreign Joint Education in Tianjin Higher Vocational Colleges

伴随着全球一体化和信息化的发展,职业教育国际化已成为世界各国高等教育发展的潮流,实现高等教育国际化的关键在于中外合作办学开展的优劣。本研究回顾了天津职业教育中外合作办学的发展历程,总结了天津高职院校中外合作办学近年来的探索实践,提出了当前天津高职中外合作办学面临的主要问题,最后从坚持顶层设计、打造国际化办学品牌、双语师资队伍建设以及国外课程本土化等四个方面概括了创新办学模式的途径和提升天津高职中外合作办学质量的具体措施。

Promoted by the development of information technology and globalization, internationalization？of vocational education has become a popular trend for educational development all over the world. As a pioneer in China＇s vocational education, Tianjin takes the lead in promoting Sino-foreign joint vocational education, which is an inevitable demand from further development and reform of vocational education in China. This study reviews the history of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Tianjin, both merits and problems, and puts forward some strategies for improving the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education from four aspects： adhering to the top design, creating international educational brand, constructing bilingual teacher team and localizing foreign courses.
