摘要
烹饪专业一体化课程教学打破传统的教学模式,让学生更好的了解岗位流程操作标准,转变教学场地、模拟企业真实的工作环境,以岗定学,引入了企业用工的评价标准,最大程度上解决了传统烹饪教学课本与社会脱节、教学模式与企业的工作模式脱节的问题。
The integrated cooking course is entirely different from the traditional teaching mode. It helps students understand the job flow better, by changing the teaching site, simulating the real business environment, teaching according to different job posts, and introducing the evaluation criteria of enterprise and employment. The new teaching mode can build a better connection between cooking textbooks and society, as well as the teaching mode and business mode.
