The decision process from the perspective of real options mindset is the cycle process of assessing and analyzing competitive intelligence, including option thinking, option definition, option evaluation, and option implementation. Decision makers need to study and determine the trend of uncertainty according to the competitive intelligence, and try to create value by managing the uncertainties. This paper integrates real option method with competitive intelligence analysis structure, and goes further to apply it to the uncertain competitive environment, thus enabling the competitive intelligence analysis and decision making process a dynamic one.
