摘要
信息通讯技术与电子媒介技术的发展既给人们的生活带来了便利,也为网络欺凌现象孕育了温床。当前网络欺凌问题已经严重影响到人们的虚拟交往和现实生活,在儿童与青少年中尤为明显,加强反网络欺凌媒介素养教育已迫在眉睫。文章以加拿大"网络欺凌:鼓励道德的在线行为"课程为个案,通过内容分析法对该课程特征进行了分析,深度剖析了其课程设计,为反网络欺凌媒介素养课程设计、开发及实施提供了重要参考。
The Shape of the Nation, complied by National Association of Sport and Physical Education(NASPE) and American Heart Association (AHA) ,was regarded as the best report to embody the characteristics of K-12 physical education policy in United States. Based on comparison of the four Reports which released from 2001 to 2012 respectively, the paper compared the policies, requirements and assessment of the physical education in different periods and then explored the dynamic features: ( 1 ) NASPE made some effective advocation and the situations were still different from state to state; (2) More and more states made the mandatory requirements for RE. courses; (3) Online and commercial courses were adopted by more states; (4) Making physical education achievement accountable was considered to enhance the status of RE.
