摘要
壮医治疗类风湿关节炎方法众多,经验丰富,故对近20年壮医治疗类风湿关节炎的文献进行整理,发现类风湿关节炎的壮医治疗方法主要分为外治法、内治法以及综合疗法3种,外治法以使用壮医药线点灸疗法及壮医药物竹罐疗法居多,内治法所用壮医经验方均以壮药为主配伍部分中药组方,综合疗法则以一两种外治法配合壮医经验方共同治疗,其中壮医在运用外治法、综合疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的研究中相对深入,而运用壮医经验方治疗类风湿关节炎的报道相对较少。
There are numerous therapies and experience of Zhuang medicine in treating rheumatoid arthritis（ RA）.This paper reviewed the literature of Zhuang medicine in treating RA of recent 20 years and found that the main methods of Zhuang medicine in treating RA are external therapy,internal therapy and combining therapy. Besides,among the three methods,external therapy and combining therapy received a deep research in Zhuang medicine. However,the reports on empirical formula in treating RA are relatively less.
