摘要
以Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O、FeCl_3·6H_2O为前驱体盐,NH_3·H_2O、CO(NH_2)_2为沉淀剂,制取Fe_2O_3-CN、Fe_2O_3-N、Fe_2O_3-Cl催化剂。并以神府煤为加氢热解研究对象,在常压固定床反应器上,热解温度为550~750℃,系统考察了原煤及添加Fe_2O_3-CN、Fe_2O_3-N、Fe_2O_3-Cl催化剂对气体产率的影响。结果表明,原煤热解的气体产率随温度的增加而增加,750℃时达到18.4%;加入催化剂后气体产率在600~650℃出现最高,尤其是加入10%Fe_2O_3-CN催化剂,气体产率为23.1%;催化剂的添加量小于10%时,Fe_2O_3-CN催化剂添加量的变化对气体产率有显著影响,添加量大于10%后,Fe_2O_3-CN催化剂用量的变化对气体产率影响微小。
Taking Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O,FeCl_3·6H_2O as precursor salt,and NH_3·H_2O,CO(NH_2)_2 as precipitator to prepare the Fe_2O_3-CN,Fe_2O_3-N,Fe_2O_3-Cl catalyst.And then taking Shenfu coal as the hydropyrolysis study object,in the atmospheric pressure fixed bed reactor with the pyrolysis temperature of550~750 ℃ to systematically review the influence of raw coal and addition of Fe_2O_3-CN,Fe_2O_3-N,Fe_2O_3-Cl catalyst on the gas yield.The results show that the gas yield of raw coal pyrolysis gas increases as the increase of temperature,and it reaches 18.4% at the temperature of 750 ℃.After the addition of the catalyst,the gas yield reaches the highest at the temperature of 600~650 ℃,and the gas yield reaches23.1% especially when the 10% Fe_2O_3-CN catalyst is added.When the addition amount of the catalyst is less than 10%,the addition amount changes of Fe_2O_3-CN catalyst have a significant effect on the gas yield.But when the addition amount of the catalyst is more than 10%,the addition amount changes of Fe_2O_3-CN catalyst have little effect on the gas yield.
