我国既有建筑绿色改造技术研究与应用现状 被引量:27

Development and Application of Existing Building Retrofitting Technology in China

摘要 既有建筑绿色改造是提高建筑能效、提升人居环境、降低碳排放、促进人类可持续发展的有效举措之一。文章回顾近年来我国既有建筑绿色改造发展历程,总结近20年我国既有建筑改造关键技术研究与现状,调研既有建筑绿色改造工程中改造技术的应用实践情况,统计分析取得的成果和效益,归纳我国既有建筑绿色改造发展面临的障碍。 Existing building green retrofitting is one of the most important measures for sustainable development of existing building to improve energy efficiency and environmental performance level in China. In this paper,the development and the key technology research of existing building retrofitting was summarized. The technology application was introduced and the benefit was also collected and discussed.
