摘要
钢结构室内增层是建筑加层改造的主要方法之一。本文以某混凝土结构仓库为例,通过其增层改造方案的选型、增层结构的设计、重要施工环节的现场检测及加层改造效果的鉴定,阐述了钢结构室内增层的应用范围、关键工程技术及检测鉴定的内容要点和方法,可为类似工程实践提供一定的科学参考。
Indoor story adding of steel structure is a main method for building adding storey. This paper took a concrete warehouse as an example,through the selection of schemes of storey adding reconstruction,design of added storey structure,site testing of important construction links and detection of retrofitting,it is illustrated the steel structure indoor story adding application range,critical engineering technology and key points and methods of test appraisal,which could provide some references for similar reinforcement engineering.
