摘要
针对某生化池预制钢筋混凝土盖板产生的疏松、剥落、钢筋外露锈蚀、断裂等质量问题,通过对现场情况的调查和取样测试分析,结合盖板承载力计算和混凝土物相XRD(x射线衍射)相关数据,分析了侵蚀性环境条件下外力作用致盖板断裂的过程及原因。研究表明,盖板底部混凝土遭受石膏结晶型硫酸盐侵蚀是导致盖板承载力大幅度降低、在人体自重或冲击作用下发生断裂的主要原因,应引起高度重视。
Aiming at the quality problem of concrete cover plate loose,spalling,exposed steel corrosion and fracture in a certain biochemical pool,through investigation on the field situation and the analysis of the sampling test,also connected with the results of calculation of bearing capacity of cover plate and XRD(x-ray diffraction) of the concrete phase,analyzed the process and reason of the cracking of cover plate caused by the external force under the condition of aggressive environment. Research showed that in the bottom of the cover plate,the corrosion of the gypsum crystal with concrete is the main cause of the bearing capacity of the cover plate,and the fracture occurs under the weight of the human body or impact effect,which should be attracted great attention.
