摘要
对建造在印度洋某国海边珊瑚砂地基上的一处小高层建筑的地面和墙体裂缝进行了鉴定研究。鉴定过程中,通过地质勘察分析、沉降监测、结构验算等详细的实例分析,认为珊瑚砂易扰动的地质特性可能对上部建筑构成长期的沉降影响,总结了类似地区设计建筑应注意避免的一些错误或不合理做法。
In this paper,the ground and wall cracks of a small high-rise building in the coral sand foundation of a country in India Ocean were identified and studied. Through the geological survey analysis,settlement monitoring,structural analysis,such as a detailed analysis of the case,it was concluded that the geological characteristics of the easily disturbed coral sand may influence the long-term settlement of the upper part of the building. Some of the mistakes and the unreasonable practices were summarized,which could be avoided in the design of similar areas.
