不同温度对二裂委陵菜种子发芽特性的影响

Influence of Different Temperatures on Seed Germination Characteristics of Potentilla bifurca

采用实验室培养的方法研究了不同温度对二裂委陵菜种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明：在10℃时,二裂委陵菜种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高。当发芽温度为5℃或者超过20℃时,发芽特性均下降。当温度为10~15℃时,种子千粒重和种子发芽特性呈现显著正相关关系。综上所述,二裂委陵菜种子最适合在10℃发芽。这是与自然环境相适应的一种表现。

The effect of different temperature treatments,i.e.5 ℃,10 ℃,15 ℃,20 ℃ and 25 ℃,on Potentilla bifurca seed germination characteristics was studied.The results showed that 10℃ was the best temperature for the seed germination.When lower or higher than 10℃,it would inhibit the seed germination.Enzymes activity may be restrained at 5 ℃,and enzymes may be damaged at 20 ℃ and25℃in our experiment.Seed germination characteristics and seed weight had a significant positive correlation at 10-15℃.To conclude,the optimal germination temperature was 10 ℃ for Potentilla bifurca,and this is an adaptation of plants to their natural environments.
