摘要
物业运营阶段是建筑物全生命周期的主要阶段,也是耗能重点阶段。按照住宅适用能耗和物业公共部分能耗分解物业运营过程能耗构成,指出其能耗计算方法;从改造节能、用能行为节能和管理节能角度,梳理物业运营过程的节能措施并分析其效益,为物业企业开展公共部位的改造节能和管理节能提供参考。
The property operation stage is an important stage in the whole life of buildings. This paper decomposes the energy consumption structure according to residential applicable energy consumption and property common part energy consumption, points out the calculation method of energy consumption. From the perspective of reconstruction, energy use behavior and management of energy saving, analyzes the energy saving measures in the process of property management are analyzes and the benefits, provides reference for property enterprises to carry out the reconstruction energy saving and management energy saving of public parts.
