再生水用于北京市燃气热电厂循环冷却水系统现状及对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 调研了北京市城区及周边10家燃气热电厂的循环冷却水现状,包括再生水用量及水质、循环排污水水量及水质、循环排污水去向及处理工艺。10家厂总的再生水用量达到了3 114.4万m^3/年,占北京市再生水用量的3.28%。排污水COD为12~44mg/L、TN为11~40mg/L、TP为0.9~3.4mg/L,均不符合北京市《水污染物综合排放标准》(DB 11/307-2013)A类的限值,不能直接排放。根据污水处理厂二级处理出水水质特征提出了再生水处理对策;根据电厂循环冷却系统排污水的不同去向,提出了相应的处理对策。 The status of circulating cooling water of 10 gas thermal power plants in Beijing were investigated, including the reclaimed water quantity and quality, the discharge water of circulating cooling system quantity and quality, the destination of discharge water of circulating cooling system and treatment process. The total amount of reclaimed water of 10 plants reached 31 144 000m3/a, accounting for 3. 28 percent of the amount reclaimed water used in Beijing. COD of discharge water was 12444 mg/L, TN was 11-40 mg/L, TP was 0. 9-3. 4 rng/L, which would not meet "Integrated discharge standard of water pollutants of Beijing (DB 11/307-2013)" A class limits, could not be directly emission. According to the quality characteristics of wastewater treatment plant secondary effluent, treatment process of reclaimed water was proposed; accord- ing to the destination of discharge water of circulating cooling system, the corresponding treatment process was proposed.
