浅谈给水系统中非结核分枝杆菌与用水安全问题 被引量:4

摘要 非结核分枝杆菌是一种在给水系统中普遍存在的机会致病菌,近年来受到世界各国研究者越来越多的关注,非结核分枝杆菌在给水系统中大量繁殖的同时又缺少针对其有效杀灭的方法的矛盾,给用水安全带来很大风险。目前,我国关于给水系统非结核分枝杆菌的研究还较少。针对国内外给水系统中非结核分枝杆菌的研究,结合非结核分枝杆菌的特点,分析了其能够在给水系统中大量繁殖的原因、给水系统非结核分枝杆菌的主要传播场所和途径,同时介绍了分枝杆菌的检测、鉴定和抑制、杀灭手段与适用条件,最后提出了一些可行的抑制给水管网中非结核分枝杆菌增殖的方法。 Non-tuberculosis mycobacteria (NTM) is a common water supply system pathogenic, and is arousing more and more attention all over the world. The contradiction of the fact that NTM multiply massively and the fact that we lack an effective way to inactivate NTM poses a big problem of water supply safety. So far as concerned, few researches concerning NTM in water supply system is carried out domestically. This article analyzes the reason why NTM proliferate rapidly in water supply system, summarizing and introducing the transmission of NTM, followed by introduction about the detection and inactivation of NTM. Finally, propose a possible way preventing NTM regrowth in water distribution system.
