摘要
综述了球化退火工艺在轴承钢热处理过程中的应用,主要分析了常规球化退火、等温球化退火和循环球化退火的工艺特点、机理和应用研究现状,并总结了近年来出现的一些球化退火新工艺的工艺特点和应用前景。
The application of spheroidizing annealing of bearing steel in heat treatment process was reviewed. The process characteristics, mechanism and application situation of the conventional spheroidization annealing, isothermal spheroidization annealing and cycle spheroidization annealing were introduced. The characteristics of new technologies and application prospects of spheroidizing annealing process developed in recent years were summarized.
