加热温度和冷却工艺对重轨硬度及组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 进行了6组对比试验,探究了加热温度和冷却工艺对U71Mn重轨轨头硬度及其组织的影响。结果表明:在820、880、940℃加热温度下,U71Mn重轨轨头经三向喷雾冷却后的硬度值先增加后减小;在相同加热温度(880℃)下,经三向喷雾冷却后的重轨轨头硬度值最大,单向喷雾冷却硬度值次之,而在室温下自然冷却的重轨硬度值最小。 Six groups of comparative experiments were carried out. The effects of heating temperature and cooling process on hardness and microstmcture of U71Mn heavy rail were explored. The results show that: the hardness value of U71Mn heavy rail at the heating temperature of 820, 880 and 940℃ after three directions spray cooling increases firstly and then decreases. Under the same heating temperature (880℃), the hardness value of the heavy rail after three directions spray cooling is maximum. The hardness value of one-way spray cooling is secondary and hardness value of heavy rail at room temperature under natural cooling is minimum.
