回火时间对MC5冷轧辊钢组织与性能的影响

摘要 研究了950℃×30 min油淬后不同回火保温时间对MC5冷轧辊钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着回火保温时间从2 h增加到6 h,MC5冷轧辊钢的硬度相对于回火前硬度不断减小,回火2 h时冷轧辊钢的残余应力下降到了很低的水平;冷轧辊钢回火后的组织为回火马氏体和弥散的颗粒状碳化物;回火后组织中碳化物的尺寸比回火前的更为细小。 The influences of different tempering time on microstructure and properties of MC5 cold roller steel were studied after 950 "C x30 rain and oil quenching. The results show that, as the tempering time increases from 2 h to 6 h, the hardness of MC5 cold roller steel decreases compared with that before tempering. When tempering time is 2 h, the residual stress of cold roller steel reduces to a very low level. The microstructure of cold roller steel after tempering is tempered martensite and dispersed granular carbide. The size of the carbide in the microstrueture after tempering is much smaller than that before the tempering.
