摘要
通过化学成分、金相组织检测,对GCr15钢栓塞裂纹进行了分析。结果表明:栓塞轴在碳化物液析、带状组织缺陷共同作用下产生了淬火裂纹。
The crack of GCr15 steel embolism axis was analyzed by examination of chemical composition and metallographic microstructure. The results show that quenching crack of the embolism axis is produced by the common action of the carbide liquation and the banded microstructure.
