疲劳量表-14在汽车装配作业工人中的信度和效度检验 被引量:13

Reliability and validity of fatigue scale-14in automobile assembly workers

摘要 目的 检验疲劳量表-14(Fatigue Scale-14,FS-14)在汽车装配作业工人中的信度和效度。方法采用FS-14对588名汽车装配作业工人进行调查,选用项目区分度对FS-14进行项目分析;采用Cronbachsα系数评估量表内部一致性信度,Spearman-Brown系数评估量表分半信度;运用各条目得分与总分的相关性和因子分析方法验证量表的各条目与量表一致性和结构效度。结果 项目分析:躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳维度能够区分调查对象的不同躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳水平(P〈0.01);信度:量表的Cronbachsα系数为0.809,躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳2个维度的Cronbachsα系数分别为0.800和0.677,Spearman-Brown系数为0.676;效度:各条目得分与总分之间的Pearson相关系数为0.369~0.690(P〈0.01),KOM值为0.852。共提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为48.839%;每个公因子均涵盖了躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳。结论FS-14在汽车装配作业工人中具有较好的信度和效度,而脑力疲劳维度需根据实际工作进一步完善修订。 Objective To verify the reliability and validity of fatigue scale-14 (FS-14) in automobile assembly workers. Methods FS-14 was used to survey 588 automobile assembly workers. Item analysis was evaluated through item discrimination. Cronbach α was calculated to evaluate internal consistent reliability of FS-14, Spearman-Brown was calculated to evaluate split-half reliability. Correlation between each item score and total score and principal component analysis were used to assess the consistency of Scale and each item and the structure validity. Results Item analysis showed that dimensions of physical fatigue and mental fatigue could separately distinguish the level of the physical fatigue and mental fatigue in different staffs (P〈0.01). Cronbach's a of the FS-14 was 0. 809, Cronbach's a of the dimensions in physical fatigue and mental fatigue were 0. 800 and 0. 677, respectively. Spearman-Brown was 0. 676., Pearson correlation coefficients in validity between each item score and total score were 0. 369 t0. 690(P〈0.01). The results of principal component analysis showed that KMO was 0. 852, and 48. 839% of the total variation could explained by 3 factors, each factors all covered the physical fatigue and mental fatigue. Conclusions FS-14 had good reliability and validity in automobile assembly workers. However, the dimensions of mental fatigue need to be revised according to the actual work.
