玻璃酸钠注射液与生理盐水对照对于膝骨性关节炎临床疗效的Meta分析

Sodium hyaluronate versus physiological saline injection for knee osteoarthritis:a Meta analysis

本Meta分析对临床上采用玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎与生理盐水作为安慰剂的临床预后进行比较。收集采用上面两种药物做研究的临床文献,共2 009例患者(均为单侧纳入研究)。统计结果发现玻璃酸钠注射液对于膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治愈率和长期疗效优于生理盐水安慰剂。但是短期疗效两者差异并不明显,生理盐水安慰剂组也有效果,但随着随访时间的延长,玻璃酸钠注射液的疗效较生理盐水越发明显,维持治疗效果时间长于生理盐水组。目前对于不同分子量玻璃酸钠注射液的临床差异尚没有一个总结,其所导致的临床意义尚不清楚。临床上对不同生产工艺玻璃酸钠注射液种类的选择,完全取决于其效果和经济消耗。

The clinical prognosis for knee osteoarthritis treatment using sodium hyaluronate injection, as well as saline as a placebo were observed and compared. Literature were searched and a total of 2009 patients （ all for unilateral） were enrolled into research. After Meta analysis, the results showed that the long - term curative effect and cure rate was better in sodium hyalur- onate group than that of normal saline placebo group. But the short - term curative effect was not significantly different between two groups, indicating that physiological saline placebo also had good short - term curative effect. However, with the follow - up time went on, the curative effect of sodium hyaluronate injection was increasingly superior than that of saline, in other words, the maintaining period was much longer than that of saline group. Now the clinical effects from different molecular volume of sodi- um hyaluronate is still unclear. The selection of sodium hyaluronate from different manufacturing techniques in clinical experiences, as a conclusion of this study, depends entirely on the clinical effect and economic cost.
