摘要
以廉价的工业硅溶胶和氢氧化铝为原料,在不使用模板剂的条件下,制备晶体尺寸可控的ZSM-5微粒。相较于商业H—ZSM5(粒径小于1.0μm),制备的微米级(粒径1~10μm)ZSM-5微粒具有较高的相对结晶度、较大的比表面积和孔体积、较高的强酸中心和B酸酸量,将其用于环己烯水合反应具有较好的活性和选择性。由于制备的ZSM-5微粒颗粒大且均匀、颗粒边缘清晰、弧线边缘使得颗粒之间不易粘连、黏稠的无定形态少、相对结晶度高,因此具备优良的沉降性能,可应用于工业上的沉淀分离,有效减少催化剂的流失。
The size-controlled ZSM-5 microparticals (MPs) were synthesized using industrial grade silica sol and aluminum hydroxide without template. Compared with commercial H-ZSM-5 product (size -1.0 μm), the synthesized ZSM-5 microparticals (1.0-10μm) have a higher relative crystallinity, larger surface area and pore volume, more strong acid size and amount of Br6nsted acid, and exhibit higher catalytic activity and selectivity for the hydration of cyclohexene. Due to large ZSM-5 particles with clear arc edges, high crystallinity and less viscous amorphous state, the aggregation is prevented, resulting in excellent sedimentation properties compared with commercial ZSM-5 SMPs, which makes it useful in industrial precipitation separation process to reduce the catalyst loss.
