摘要
目的探究阈下抑郁个体增强或减弱情绪加工对认知控制的影响。方法使用贝克抑郁量表和抑郁自评量表,从379名重庆高校学生中筛选出16名抑郁个体(阈下抑郁组)和22名正常被试个体(健康对照组)完成情绪干扰任务。使用Brain Amp Mr型事件相关电位(event-related potential,ERP)系统记录被试的脑电信号。结果 1阈下抑郁组在部分增强情绪加工条件(注视负性面孔以及忽视正性面孔)下的反应时显著延长(P<0.01),在部分增强情绪加工条件(注视正性面孔或者负性面孔)下的正确率显著降低(P<0.01)。2阈下抑郁组在部分减弱情绪加工条件(忽视中性面孔)下反应时显著延长(P<0.01),在部分减弱情绪加工条件(注视中性面孔)下正确率显著降低(P<0.01)。3在全部增强情绪加工条件下,阈下抑郁组N450成分的波幅较小(F=3.463,P=0.002);在部分增强情绪加工条件(正性面孔)下,阈下抑郁组P300成分的波幅更大(F=2.128,P=0.043)、LPC成分的波幅更小(F=2.171,P=0.04);在部分增强情绪加工条件(负性面孔)下,阈下抑郁组N450成分(F=2.462,P=0.021)及LPC成分(F=2.659,P=0.013)的潜伏期均较短;4在减弱情绪加工条件(中性面孔)下阈下抑郁组N200成分(F=2.47,P=0.021)及N450成分(F=2.657,P=0.014)的波幅均较小,N450成分的潜伏期较短(F=2.653,P=0.014)。结论不论在增强还是在减弱情绪加工条件下,阈下抑郁个体的认知控制功能均明显受损,在增强情绪加工条件下这种受损更加严重和广泛。
cognitive control Objective To determine the effect of strengthened or weakened emotional processing on in individuals with subthreshold depression. Methods Sixteen participants with subthreshold depression were screened out from 379 students from Chongqing universities with Beck depression inventory (BDI-2) and self-rating depression scale (SDS), and 22 normal individuals were subjected as healthy control. BrainAmp MR was employed to acquire the simultaneous EEG/fMRI of all participants under emotion-interference task at the same time. Results (1)The reaction times of depressive individuals were significantly longer than healthy controls when their emotional processing was strengthened ( attended to the sad faces, or ignore the happy faces, P 〈 0. 01 ). When the emotional processing was strengthened ( attended to happy or sad faces), depressive individuals' accuracies were significantly lower than healthy controls (P 〈 0. 01 ). (1)When the emotional processing was weakened (attended or ignored the neutral faces), depressive individuals' reaction times and accuracies were significantly longer and lower than the healthy controls (P 〈 0. 01). (2) Under the total strengthened emotional processing, the amplitudes of N450 was smaller in the depressive individuals (F = 3,463, P = 0. 002 ). While under the partial strengthened emotional processing ( happy faces ), the amplitudes of P300 was significantly larger than healthy controls ( F = 2. 128, P = 0. 043 ), and that of LPC was more smaller (F = 2. 171, P = 0. 04). And, for sad face, the latencies of N450 ( F = 2. 462, P = 0. 021 ) and LPC ( F = 2. 659, P = 0. 013 ) were significantly shorter.(3)The amplitudes of N200 (F =2.47, P =0. 021 ) and N450 (F =2. 657, P =0. 014) were smaller than healthy controls under partial weakened emotional processing (neutral face), and the latency of N450 was shorter (F =2. 653, P = 0. 014). Conclusion No matter emotional processing is strengthened or weakened, the cognitive control is significantly damaged in the individuals with subthreshold depression. And the damage will be more severe and extensive when the emotional processing is strengthened.
