摘要
明确PLE的内涵与网络环境下个人的学习过程是构建PLE的根本问题。文章以SECI理论为视角,以活动理论作为构建PLE的研究框架,详细探讨了学习者在进行网络学习时,在知识获取、知识组织、知识利用和知识分享这四个阶段所涉及的活动要素与具体内容,并以此构建了SECI视角下的PLE构建模型以及支持此模型的原型软件系统的体系结构。
The fundamental problem of building PLE is to clearly define the connotation of PLE and understand the learning process of personal learning in online environment. This paper takes the perspective of SECI theory and uses activity theory as a framework for building PLE. This paper discusses the activity elements and the specific content of the four stages of online learning:knowledge acquisition, knowledge organization, knowledge utilization and knowledge sharing. This paper then describes the PLE development model with the perspective of SECI theory and the architecture of a software prototype that SUDOOrts the model.
