摘要
微生物群落在食品工业中发挥着非常重要的作用。在过去的几十年里,针对微生物群落结构方面的研究已经取得了很大的进展。一些新的技术如分子生物学技术为微生物群落结构的研究提供了有力的工具,同时能对那些实验室无法培养的微生物进行研究。文章将对微生物群落结构的表型多样性和基因型多样性的研究方法进行综述。
Microbial communities play an important role in the food industry. Great advances have been made over the past few decades in unraveling the environmental microbial community structure. Novel techniques especially molecular techniques have provided tools for studying natural microbial communities, including those it was not able to grow in the laboratory. Here it was discussed some modern methods for describing both the phenotypic and genotypic diversity of microbial communities.
