摘要
本文在文献[1]的基础上,结合萃取分离以消除所有干扰离子的影响,并消除过量试剂在汞电极表面的吸附而大大提高了测定的灵敏度。用此法测定了3种生物材料标样中的总硒量,结果与证书中数据一致,与荧光分光光度法、催化极谱法及气相色谱法测定结果对照,基本相符。
It has been discovered by the authors that 4,6-dibromopiaselenole gives a good sensitive adsorption wave at about -0.1V (vs. Ag/AgCl electrode) on hanging mercury electrode in several weak acidic media and a more sensitive semi-differential neopolarography with this wave is proposed. By means of the extraction separation of 4,6-dibromopiaselenole, not only can all the effects of interference ions be eliminated, but also the sensitivity can be increased greatly owing to the removal of adsorption of free 3,5-dibromo-odiaminobenzene on the surface of the mercury electrode. The total selenium in three standard samples were determined successfully by this method. The results were found to be in accord with the standard or reference data in certificates and comparable to the results obtained by either the fluorimetric method or catalytic polarography and gas chromatography.
