Around 2010,the tide of sharing economy flew across the ocean to China.By the stimulation of Airbnb and HomeAway,startup entrepreneurs swarm into online short rent industry.In 2011,LuoJun left from China Real Estate Information Corporation,resigned as its co-CEO.Just in that December,Tujia,a reservation platform for apartments and homestays established by Luo,started online.At that time,most startup owners followed Airbnb to use the C2C mode,but Tujia chose B2C. Luo Jun did grasp this very opportunity,and the power of capital helped Tujia develop rapidly.Last August,Tujia completed its another round of financing. With the receiving of $300 million,it becomes the first unicorn in home stay industry.
