在互联网重构一切的时代，上市能让这家老牌国企蝶变吗？这里曾是东方好莱坞。1896年，中国第一场“西洋影戏”在上海放映。之后，西方淘金客、民族资本家、左翼知识分子轮番登场，海上电影繁华无尽。1949年后，各路精英汇聚于此，铸就了中国电影史上第二个黄金时代。若将镜头拉近，你会发现每帧光影之后，都离不开曾经的上海电影制片厂、美术厂、泽制厂……这些单位在改制后合并成为上海电影集团，与中国电影集团南北呼应，争奇斗艳。

It was once called The Oriental Hollywood.In 1896,China's first Foreign Movie was shown here.After that,Shanghai Film Group(SFG) became a most popular place.Since 1949,with various elites coming here,it brought up the Second Golden Age in China's film history.Thus,Shanghai Film Studio,Shanghai Animation Film Studio,Shanghai Dubbing Studio and others restructured to merge into SFG,which stood against China Film Group in the north.In 2003,China formally started to reform in cultural systems. With tottering steps,SFG encountered organizational restriction,capital deficit and talent shortage problems.After its list on August 17th this year,SFG,the old state-owned enterprise returned on the film stag.Could the list help SFG stand on the front line,to transform like a new butterfly?
