摘要 目的观察马铃薯提取物对人卵巢癌细胞系(SK-OV-3)增殖过程的影响。方法以不同浓度马铃薯提取物(0、12.5、25、50μl/100μl)处理培养的SK-OV-3细胞后,采用活细胞计数法观察细胞增殖情况及去除马铃薯提取物作用后细胞生长的变化。结果马铃薯提取物(0、12.5、25、50μl/100μl)对SK-OV-3细胞的增殖有明显抑制作用,具有明显的剂量及时间依赖性;去除其作用后,细胞生长得到恢复。结论马铃薯提取物对SK-OV-3细胞的生长有明显的增殖抑制,去除其影响细胞的生长可以部分恢复。 Objective To observe the effects of the potato extract on the proliferation of human ovarian carcinoma cell line (SK - OV- 3). Methods SK - OV - 3 cells were treated by potato extract in different con- centrations (0, 12.5, 25, 50 μl/100 μl). Cell proliferation was monitored by live cell counting after adding and removing the potato extract. Results The proliferation of SK - OV - 3 cells was significantly inhibited by pota- to extract in a dose and time - dependent manner. After removal of potato extract, the cell growth was restored. Conclusion The proliferation of SK - OV - 3 cells was significantly inhibited by potato extract and could be partially restored by removal of potato extract.
