摘要
目的建立沙田柚幼果中有效成分柚皮素的高效液相色谱法定量分析方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS(C18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸(32:68),检测波长288 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温:35℃。结果柚皮素进样量在0.1912~3.824μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.93%(n=6,RSD=2.10%)。结论本方法简便、快捷,可用于沙田柚中柚皮素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a quantification method for the determination of naringenin from Citrus maximacv. Shatian Yu by HPLC. Methods The sample was determined by RP - HPLC on a Hypersil ODS (C18) column(250 mm × 4.6 ram, 5 μm), with the mixture of methanol and water with 0.05 % phosphoric acid (32:68)as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 288 nm, and flow rate was 1.0 ml minad - lf. The column temperature was set at 35℃. Results The linear range of naringenin was0. 1912-- 3. 824 μg ( r = 0. 9998) and the average recovery was 98.93 % (RSD = 2. l0 %, n = 6). Conclusion The established method is accurate, rapid and suitable for the determination of naringenin from Citrusmaxima cv. Shatian Yu.
