解冻胚胎移植患者心理状态调查及其临床护理

Investigation and Mental Nursing of Psychological Status of Patients in Frozen Embryo Transfer Cycles

目的:探讨激惹、抑郁和焦虑量表(IDA)用于解冻胚胎移植(FET)患者心理调查的可行性,并考察有效的心理护理对FET患者激惹、焦虑、抑郁水平及临床结局的影响。方法:选择2014年1月至2014年7月广州医科大学附属第三医院生殖中心就诊的FET患者215个周期,随机分为两组,均填写IDA量表进行心理评估。对照组107例按常规FET方案进行治疗,观察组108例另外给予心理护理,比较心理干预前后IDA量表评分及两组患者的临床妊娠情况。结果:观察组患者经心理干预后,IDA量表各项评分均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尽管两组FET患者的临床妊娠率比较没有统计学差异,但经心理干预措施后观察组的临床妊娠率(42.6%)与对照组(36.4%)相比具有增高的趋势。结论:IDA量表可应用于FET患者的心理调查,有效的心理护理有助于降低FET患者的激惹、焦虑及抑郁量表。

Objective To assess the feasibility of investigating the psychological status of frozen embryo transfer（FET）patients by use of the Irritability,Depression and Anxiety Scale（IDA） and the effect of mental nursing care on these patients.Methods This study included 215 infertile couples who underwent FET treatment from January to July 2014.All patients were divided into two groups randomly and assessed with IDA Scale.The 107 patients in control group were treated according to the standard FET procedure,while the patients in study group were given mental nursing additionally.Then the IDA scores before and after psychological intervention and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The IDA scores decreased significantly after mental nursing in study group（P0.05）.The clinical pregnancy rate of study group（42.6%）was higher than the control group（36.4%）,though there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions IDA can be applied for the psychological investigation of FET patients.Efficient mental nursing care is beneficial to the success of FET treatment and the decreasing of the level of irritability,depression and anxiety.
