慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医辨证治疗效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Syndrome Differentiation in TCM for COPD

目的:探究在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床治疗中应用中医治疗的临床效果。方法:选取肇庆市端州区华佗医院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者85例作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则将慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为对照组和治疗组,分别42例、43例,其中对照组患者采取常规的西医对症治疗,治疗组患者则采用中医进行辨证治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.0%,明显高于对照组总有效率61.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者具有显著临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical application of syndrome differentiation in TCM for COPD（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease）.Method 85 COPD patients in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into control group（42 cases） and treatment group（43 cases）;the control group adopted the conventional western therapy;the treatment group adopted the TCM syndrome differentiation.The clinical effect for two groups was compared.Result The total effective rate of treatment group（93.0%） was significantly higher than that of control group（61.9%）（P 0.05）.Conclusion The TCM syndrome differentiation has an obvious effect in COPD patients.
