缺氧诱导因子1α在烧伤修复中作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)作为机体适应氧环境变化的主要转录调节因子,参与了烧伤后血管通透性改变、肠黏膜屏障破坏、细胞凋亡、血管再生、细胞迁移等病理生理过程。HIF-1α能介导碱烧伤后角膜新生血管的形成,也能促进烧伤创面的修复。HIF-1α还可通过基因治疗,改善老年烧伤创面愈合延迟的缺陷。HIF-1α的这些作用很可能成为烧伤治疗的新靶点,但烧伤创面的恶劣微环境也为其干预治疗提出了挑战。
