冠心病患者血清IL-8表达量与血小板gpⅡb/Ⅲa活性白细胞血小板聚集率之间的关系

Relationship between the expression of serum IL-8 in patients with coronary heart disease and the platelet aggregation rate of plateletⅡb/Ⅲa

目的探讨冠心病患者血清白介素-8(IL-8)表达水平与血小板糖膜蛋白(gp)Ⅱb/Ⅲa活性、白细胞血小板聚集率之间的关系。方法选取确诊的冠心病患者129例,其中稳定性心绞痛患者72例(SAP组)、不稳定性心绞痛患者57例(UAP)组,选取同期健康人群60名作为健康组,分别对比三组的血清IL-8、gpⅡb/Ⅲa活性、白细胞血小板聚集率等指标,并分析其相关性。结果 SAP组、UAP组患者的血小板中性粒细胞聚集率、血小板单核细胞聚集率显著高于健康组(P<0.05);SAP组与UAP组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SAP组、UAP组患者的gpⅡb/Ⅲa、IL-8水平显著高于健康组(P<0.05);SAP组与UAP组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冠心病患者的IL-8水平与gpⅡb/Ⅲa、血小板中性粒细胞聚集率、血小板单核细胞聚集率均呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者的IL-8水平与gpⅡb/Ⅲa活性及血小板白细胞聚集率呈显著的正相关关系,IL-8在冠心病病变过程中发挥重要作用。

Objective To study relationship and clinical significance of serum interleukin 8 （IL-8） expression lev- els and platelet memhrance glycoprotein （GP GP Ⅱb/ⅢA activity and leukocyte platelet aggregation rate in pa tients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods 129 cases diagnosed CHD patients were selected in our hospital, which 72 patients with stable angina pectoris （SAP group）, 57 patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP） group. And the same period 60 cases of healthy people was chose as a health group. The serum IL-8, gpⅡb/Ⅲa activity, leukocyte platelet aggregation rate and other indicators were compared and analyzed their relevance in the three groups. Results SAP group and UAP group of patients with platelet neutrophil aggregation rate, platelet monocyte aggregation rate was significantly higher than that of the healthy group （P〈0.05） and there were statistical signifi- cantly differences, but there were no statistical significantly differences between SAP and UAP groups （P〉0.05）. SAP and UAP groups of patients with GP Ⅱb/Ⅲ A, IL-8 levels significantly higher than healthy group （P〈0. 05）, but SAP and UAP group there were no statistical significantly differences （P〉0.05）. In patients with CHD levels of IL-8 and GP Ⅱb/Ⅲ A, platelet neutral granulocyte aggregation rate, platelet monocyte aggregation rate were showed significant positive correlation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion IL-8 levels in patients with CHD gp Ⅱb/Ⅲ a leukocyte activity and platelet aggregation rate is a significant positive correlation, IL-8 plays an important role in the course of coronary heart disease.
