肿瘤坏死因子抑制剂治疗RA患者的疗效及对TRACP-5b的影响分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨采用肿瘤坏死因子抑制剂(英夫利西单抗)治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的临床效果。方法根据就诊单双号将87例RA患者分为试验组44例和对照组43例,两组患者均采用甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗,试验组加用英夫利西单抗治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果试验组治疗后的关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、晨僵时间、CRP、RF、ESR均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的TRACP-5b、DAS28均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,试验组达到ACR70的患者比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论英夫利西单抗结合MTX治疗RA患者的效果更加显著,同时可以显著降低TRACP-5b的水平。
