摘要 通过不同时间采收凤丹种荚、种子沙藏或随采随播、不同的浸泡等处理的对比试验研究其对凤丹种子萌发的影响。结果表明:将7月上中旬(果荚蟹黄色)采收的种荚阴干,取出种子后进行沙藏,10月上旬取出种子后常温水浸泡24 h,利用高脚穴盘(13 cm)、泥炭土与珍珠岩1∶1(体积比)的育苗基质在温室苗床中进行育苗管理,次年3月上旬种子发芽率可达65.88%,根长8.13 cm,根粗0.94 cm,芽长1.33 cm,次年10月移栽小苗,成活率可达90%以上。 The factors effecting the seed germination of Paeonia ostii were studied by comparing experiment of different harvest time on seed pod, storing in sand or planting in time after picking up and different soaking treatment. The result showed that the seed pod was harvest then dried in middle of July, storied in sand after removed, 24 h soaked after take seeds in early October. Using the high plug(13 cm), the seedling substrate composing of peat soil and perlite of 1:1(volume ratio) manage the seedling in the greenhouse. The seed germination rate was 65.88%, length of root was 8.13 cm, root diameter was 0.94 cm, the length of bud was 1.33 cm in early March next year, the transplanting survival rate reached above 90% in next October.
