摘要
为研究不同烤烟品种致香物质的差异,筛选特色优质烟叶品种,对云南文山烟区3个主栽品种K326、KRK26和云烟87的致香物质进行了方差分析和主成分分析(PCA)。结果表明:K326、云烟87和KRK26的致香物质含量差异明显,同时采用两种分析方法能能较好地比较不同品种间致香成分的关键成分和整体性的差异。
The mail aroma components from leaf samples, including K326, KRK.26 and Yunyan87 cultivars in Yunnan tobacco-growing areas were studied with analysis of variance and principal component. The results showed there were significantly difference on aroma components between KRK26 and K326, Yunyan87. The key components and entirety were been studied by two different ways of variance and principal component.
