摘要
目的探讨枸地氯雷他定片联合生物共振治疗仪治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选取2014-06—2015-01间于广东医学院附属阳江医院就诊的慢性特发性荨麻疹患者共80例,将患者按照入院编号,随机分为两组,每组各40例,对照组患者入院之后给予患者枸地氯雷他定片治疗;观察组患者在对照组药物治疗的基础之上,再联合生物共振治疗仪进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组中的40例患者在接受枸地氯雷他定片联合生物共振治疗仪治疗后的效果,要明显比对照组采取枸地氯雷他定片药物治疗的效果更好,且观察组患者在接受了治疗后的复发率要明显比对照组采取枸地氯雷他定片药物治疗的复发率更低,两组数据差异有统计学意义。结论将枸地氯雷他定片联合生物共振治疗仪,治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的治疗效果,要比单独使用枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的效果和术后复发率情况更好,且具有效率高,起效快等显著特点,应在今后的慢性特发性荨麻疹临床治疗中推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of citrate to loratadine in chronic idiopathic urticaria treatment tablets combined with his biological resonance therapy apparatus. Methods A total of 80 patients selected from Jun. 2014 to Jan. 2015 in the hospital for treatment of chronic idiopathic urticarial,were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission number. There were 40 cases in observation group and control group in each group. The control group was treated with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets,and the observation group were added biological resonance therapy apparatus for treatment on the basis of the control group. The effects of the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect of the observation group patients who received desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with biological syntony therapy,were significantly better than the treatment of the control group. The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with biological resonance therapy apparatus,in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria,could be better than using citrate alone in the aspect of recurrence rate,and have the advantages of high efficiency and fast acting characteristics. The method could be carried out widely to apply in clinical treatment of idiopathic chronic urticaria in the future.
