XN-2000血细胞分析仪体液模式对腹腔积液和胸腔积液肿瘤细胞筛查作用的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究在腹腔积液及胸腔积液肿瘤细胞的临床筛查中应用XN-2000血细胞分析仪体液模式的效果及价值。方法将从疑似腹腔、胸腔积液患者中采集的70份腹腔积液标本与胸腔积液标本作为研究对象,观察并分析标本中的HF-BF#以及HF-BF%等参数。结果本组患者HF-BF#参数的AUC为(0.495±0.052),HF-BF%参数的AUC为(0.223±0.031)。恶性积液患者的HF-BF#参数平均值、HF-BF%参数平均值要明显高于良性积液患者,其对比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论XN-2000血细胞分析仪体液模式在筛查腹腔积液及胸腔积液肿瘤细胞工作中有一定的价值,但单独使用的误差率较大,需综合涂片染色镜检结果进一步明确诊断,以保证检测结果的科学性和准确性。 Objective To explore the effect and value of the clinical screening abdominal cavity effusion and pleural effusion cells XN- 2000 blood cell analyzer used in fluid model. Methods 70 specimens of peritoneal effusion and pleural effusion samples were regarded as the research object,and HF- BF # and HF- BF% parameters were evaluated. Results HF- BF # parameter AUC was( 0. 495 ±0. 052),and HF- BF% parameter AUC was( 0. 223 ± 0. 031). Malignant effusion in patients with HF- average BF# parameters and the average parameters of the HF- BF% was significantly higher than that of patients with benign effusion,and the contrast had significant difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion XN- 2000 blood cell analyzer fluid model in screening abdominal cavity effusion and pleural effusion cells work has a certain value,but when used alone,the error rate is bigger. It needs comprehensive smear staining microscopy results for further diagnosis,to ensure the scientific nature and accuracy of test results.
