摘要 本文基于青岛市政府办公的能耗审计数据,分析了青岛市政府办公建筑总体能耗水平,并采用SPSS统计软件对其能耗影响因素进行了相关性分析。结果表明:青岛市政府办公建筑单位面积年能耗均值为27.11 kgce/(m^2·a),单位面积年电耗平均值49.1 k Wh/(m^2·a)。单位面积总能耗与人均面积和冷热源形式显著相关。因此,政府办公建筑更应注重空调系统的节能和用能人员节能意识的提高。 Since 2011, a research project has been conducted to study the energy consumption characteristics of the buildings in Qingdao. Based on survey data, the paper analyzes the overall level of energy consumption of the government office buildings and does correlation analysis on factors influencing energy consumption of office buildings by SPSS software. It is found that study buildings have an average energy consumption intensity 27.11 kgce/(m2· a) and an average electricity consumption intensity 49.1 kWh/(m2· a). Occupancy density and the type of cooling system are major energy consumption influencing factors. It is suggested that air-conditioning system and user behavior should be given particular attention.
