摘要
通过总结现有的建筑围护结构热阻现场测试方法,将热箱法和热流计法进行有效的结合给出一种新型的现场测试方法。以试验方法为指导进行了建筑围护结构热阻现场检测装置的试制。对某墙体进行现场检测,得到了不同加热功率下的测试热阻,对于加热功率这一影响因素进行分析讨论,得出在加热壁面温度不高于60℃的情况下本测试方法可行性的结论,将测试结果与热箱法所测热阻进行比较,进一步验证了本测试方法。
Based on the analysis of the test methods of thermal resistance, a new test method was developed by combining the hot-box method and heat-flow meter method and the test equipment was developed. The thermal resistance of a building envelop was in-situ measured. Thermal resistance test was done under different condition. This new method can be used if the heating side was under 60 ℃. Thermal resistance was tested by hot-box method, too.
