Study on Measures to Serve Three Major National Strategies with Waterborne Transportation Industry

为更好地发挥水运服务长江经济带、"一带一路"、京津冀协同发展三大国家战略的作用,在分析三大战略内涵的基础上,从安全性、绿色发展、通畅性和经济性四个层面分析三大战略对水运的要求,从发展集装箱铁水联运、推进港口资源整合、鼓励港口企业"走出去"、鼓励港口企业拓展服务功能、加强长江航道建设、提升三峡通过能力六个方面,分析水运支持国家三大战略的具体措施,对于推动国家三大战略的实施具有重要意义。

In this paper, based on an analysis of the connotation of the three major national strategies, we studied the requirement of the strategies on the waterborne transportation industry in terms of safety, green development, connectivity and economy and at the end, from six aspects, explored the specific measures to support the three strategies with the waterborne transportation industry.
