摘要
在分析高速铁路调度指挥系统存在的基本参数标定不准确、数据精度有待提高、监测设备运行不够稳定、运营数据未能充分利用及智能化水平有待提高等不足的基础上,提出了基于运营数据修订基本运行参数,采用高精度同步时钟及高速网络提高系统数据采集精度,采用高可靠监测设备并提高系统集成水平,挖掘运营数据服务调度指挥,以及将数据挖掘、机器学习、模式识别与自然语音处理等技术应用于调度指挥系统,提高决策智能化水平及人机交互性等解决措施,为我国高速铁路调度指挥系统发展提供参考。
In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the inadequacies of the high-speed railway dispatching and command system of China, we proposed a series of countermeasures, including modifying the basic operation parameters based on running data, using high- precision synchronized clock and high-speed interuet connection to improve the data accuracy of the system, adopting high-reliability monitoring equipment, improving system integration level, mining the operational data to serve the dispatching and command processes, applying such technologies as data mining, machine learning, modal identification and natural speech processing, etc., in the dispatching and command system, and improving the intelligent decision-making level and human-machine interactivity of the system, etc.
