信息技术促进医药冷链物流发展的政策研究

Study on Strategy to Promote Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Logistics Development Through Information Technology

对我国医药冷链物流行业发展现状进行了分析,并指出其在信息技术层面上存在的问题,如信息技术落后、相关政策缺失、企业不重视、人才匮乏等,并从信息技术应用角度,探索了加快推进医药冷链物流升级发展的政策问题,从政府部门、企业、商业、特殊渠道等角度提出了相关政策建议。

In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the development of the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry in China, then pointed out the problems in its IT layer, explored the ways to accelerate the upgrading and development of the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry from the perspective of the policy-maker, and at the end presented the relevant suggestions from the angles of government agency, enterprise, business and special channels, etc.
