实货制条件下货运站装卸能力适应性研究

Study on Adaptability of Cargo Terminal Loading/unloading Capacity under Cargo Registration System

随着"实货制"货运站装卸作业方式的转变,货运站如何实现白货的装卸、配载是个棘手问题,加上我国铁路现有的货运装卸方法存在一定的不适应性等问题,导致货运站装卸能力严重紧张不足。结合我国货物运输组织改革及主要货运站能力现状,确定影响货运站装卸效率主要因素,进一步提出改进实货制条件下货运站装卸能力适应性的保障措施。

The implementation of the cargo registration system has transformed the activity mode of the cargo terminals and moreover the loading/unloading process of the railway system in China is still misaligned with the cargo registration system, leading to severe shortage of the loading/unloading capacity of the cargo terminals. In this paper, in view of the reform initiative of the cargo transportation organizations in China and the current status of the capacity of the major cargo terminals, we determined the major factors affecting the loading/unloading efficiency of the cargo terminals and then further proposed the measures to improve the adaptability of the cargo terminals with the cargo registration system.
