集装箱码头物流系统仿真模块库设计与应用

摘要 为设计一套具有通用性的集装箱码头物流系统仿真模块库,利用Jackson排队网络对码头元素组成、关联关系、工艺流程和动态特性进行深入分析;以集卡为顾客,建立了面向集疏运卡车的开环和面向装卸船卡车的闭环排队网络模型,并进一步构建了码头物流系统排队网络复合模型;采用E-R图的形式展现服务中心和其他实体间的联系,并以此为基础,结合离散事件动态系统建模与仿真理论,设计仿真模块库;最后用工程实例验证了模块库的便捷性和正确性。 In this paper, in order to design a set of universal-puq^ose simulation module library for the container terminal logistics systems, we used the Jackson queuing network to analyze in-depth the composition, association, technical process and dynamic characteristics of the terminal elements; then with the container truck as the eustumer, we established the corresponding closed-loop queuing network model and further established the terminal logistics system composite queuing network model; next we represented the connection between the service eenter and other entities in the form of an E-R chart and on such basis, designed the simulation module library; and at the end, we demonstrated the ease and correctness of the library through an engineering case.
