摘要
针对传统ABC分类法不足以区分重点备件的缺陷,提出将库存备件进行流动速度分类。针对快速流动备件的特点,从关键性、需求和价值三个方面进行考虑分类,更贴近企业售后服务运行的实际情况。在准则层的权重确定过程中,使用了CVA管理法对备件关键性进行排序,提高了决策者主观判断的科学性。最后运用层次分析法计算备件的组合权重,再根据组合权重对备件进行ABC分类。用所建立的备件分类模型对国内某通讯设备制造商的服务备件进行分类。结果表明经过改进后的备件分类方法可以使企业的服务备件分类更趋于科学、合理。
In this paper, in view of the inadequacy of the traditional ABC system in differentiating the key inventories, we proposed to perform the flow rate based classification for the spare parts. Then, in view of the characteristics of the rapidly flowing spare parts, we considered their classification from the aspects of criticality, demand and value so as to fit more closely with the after-sales service practice of the enterprises. Then in the weighting of the rule layer, we used the CVA process to rank the criticality of the spare parts. Next, we used the AHP to calculate the combination weight of the spare parts and accordingly had an ABC classification of the spare part inventories. At the end, we applied the model to the service spare parts of a certain telecommunication equipment manufacturer from China.
