目前很多B2C企业对电子商务物流供应链的管理也有欠妥当,影响库存和出货等各个环节,基于此,从B2C企业的基本实际出发,对其物流供应链的问题、问题根源以及对策方案进行了有针对性的分析和研究。

At the current stage, many B2C e-businesses are inexperienced in their supply chain management which has negatively impacted their inventory, shipping and other processes. In this paper, starting with the basic practice of the B2C enterprise, we analyzed the problems of these enterprises in terms of logistics and supply chain management, the root cause of these problems and the corresponding countermeasures.
